Japan's Fujitsu completes divestment from Russia

TOKYO, Oct 24 (PRIME) -- Japan's Fujitsu has finished divestment from Russia, a representative told PRIME on Tuesday.

"As we said in March 2022, the company had stopped accepting new orders for goods and services in Russia, the base of services has finished moving, and the process of full divestment from the business is complete," the representative said.

The media reported earlier in the month that Fujitsu had launched business liquidation in Russia but the legal entity Fujitsu Technology Solutions will be liquidated only in August 2024.
